Straw Cube

An interesting way to learn shapes and what they can be turned into.

Things needed:

White sheet
Sketch pens
Straws
Scissor
Glue
Yarn (any thick thread)

Method:

Take a long piece of yarn and rub some glue on both ends. This makes the ends easy to use.

Cut the straw into two parts leaving aside the bent part.

Now as shown in the video make a cube.

On the white sheet draw some shapes that can be formed with this cube.

Ask your kid to recreate it. They will love this challenge.
